As part of the IILJ Colloquium in fall 2021 on Infrastructure, Rights, and Regulation, Professor Alejandro Rodiles of the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) will present a new paper on “Infrastructural Developmentalism and its Many Types of Global Law: A Comparison between the UN Sustainable Development Goals and China’s Belt & Road Initiative”.
