Events

The IILJ hosts numerous events focused on international law, global administrative law, and areas of special interest, including but not limited to: Global Administrative Law, the Role of the UN Security Council, Regulating Private Military Companies, History & Theory of International Law, Intelligence and Collective Security and Globalization and Its Discontents. Throughout the year, the IILJ also hosts numerous social events for the IILJ Scholars and other Scholars, Fellows and Researchers focused on International Law. 

In addition to these events, the IILJ has hosted leaders in international law, public policy and government such as Ernst Walch, Foreign Minister of Liechtenstein; Sir Kenneth Keith of New Zealand's Supreme Court; Justice Thomas Buergenthal of the International Court of Justice; and Professor Iulia Motoc, UN Human Rights Commission Special Rapporteur on the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
