The first event in a series, Legal Cultures in Muslim Societies, sponsored by the Carnegie Corporation of New York and the CLS. Discussion with Noah Feldman of Harvard Law School and Nathan Brown of George Washington University.

Privacy in the Age of National Security
Panels examined the evolution of the right to privacy in the wake of the Patriot Act and subsequent policies. The conference also addressed how these policies affect citizens and the private sector among other issues. It featured panelists from the FBI, IBM, NYU School of Law, the Washington Post, and others. Sponsored by the CLS.
